  • Important Dates
    (1) Contest Worksheet shall be postmarked on or before the fifth day of the month following the reporting month. They can be emailed.

    (2) Contest period starts May 1, 2008 and ends April 30, 2009. Activities and items for which Club may have earned points during May, June, July and August may be reported on separate Contest Worksheet and mailed with the August 2008 Contest Worksheet.

    (3) The April 2008 Contest Worksheet shall be received by the District Contest and Awards Chairman NO LATER THAN MAY 5, 2009.

    (4) First semi-annual International dues shall be paid on or before August 31, 2008, and the second semi-annual International Dues shall be paid on or before March 31, 2009.

    (5) First semi-annual District dues shall be paid on or before September 30, 2008 and the second semi-annual District dues shall be paid on or before April 30, 2009.

    (6) The PU101-A (New Officers Roster) shall be mailed to the District Governor postmarked no later than March 31, 2009.

    (7) Lion of the Year and Lion of the Decade nominations shall be received by the District Contest and Awards Chairman by February 28, 2009.

    NOTE: All Contest forms (the monthly Club Contest Worksheet and Lion of the Year/Decade nominations) may be submitted either by email or U.S. mail.
