Regional and Area Fields Our fields are always in need of care.
If you are willing to help keep our fields in good shape for our kids, and make sure they
are lined properly and on time for games, please contact our Field Manager. Directions to home and away game fields are shown below: From Knoxville- Take Alcoa Highway. About a mile past the airport, take the left fork toward Townsend/Smoky Mtns. About 1.8 miles at the third traffic light, turn right onto Joule Street. The fields are on the left. From Seymour- Take US 411 to Maryville. Turn right onto Washington Street. Go about 1.1 miles to the fourth traffic light. Turn left onto Joule Street
From Knoxville- Take Alcoa Highway. About a mile past the airport take the left fork toward Townsend/Smoky Mtns. About 1 mile further, just past Charles M. Hall Park, turn left onto Watt Street. The U10 through U12 field is the first entrance, behind the school.
Take Highway 321N towards Townsend and the Smoky Mountains. About five miles past Blount Memorial Hospital turn left into the high school. The field is on the right.
From Knoxville- Take Alcoa Highway. About a mile past the airport take the left fork toward Townsend and the Smoky Mountains. About four and a half miles (and nine traffic lights) further, turn left onto Janet Lane. Go 1/10 mile and turn right onto Amerine Road. Go 1/4 mile to park on right. From Seymour- Take 411 about 15 miles to Maryville. Turn left and follow 321 1.8 miles to Janet Lane which will be on the left. Then right on Amerine 1/4 mile to park on right. There are no restroom facilities.
Take Pellissippi Parkway to Northshore. Proceed towards intersection at Northshore and Westland. The entrance to Lakeshore Park is about 200 yards BEFORE the Northshore/Westland intersection (close to Lakeshore Mental Hospital). Once through the gates, take the second right to get to the soccer fields. Park on gravel lot beside the fields or proceed a little further to the paved lot near the baseball fields. OR Take I-40 to the Papermill Road exit (first exit west of the 640 interchange in west Knoxville). Proceed south on Northshore Drive. You will cross over Kingston Pike at the first lights. Continue south on Northshore through two more sets of lights: the second set is at the intersection of Northshore and Westland Drive. Enter Lakeshore Park through its west entrance, which is the first left turn after this second set of lights, about 200 yds from the intersection with Westland. Once through the gates, take the second turn on the right to get to the soccer fields. Park in the gravel lot beside the field, or proceed a little further to the paved lot near the baseball field. Do not park on the grass verge. Lakeshore's Field Names If you are standing on the gravel parking area beside the fields, LS#1 is the full-size field in the middle. LS#2 is the medium-sized field to the left. LS#3S is the furthest of the two small fields to the right of LS#1 LS#3N is the small field nearest to the parking area. U10G games will played be on LS#2 all other Inter-Regional games (U12 to U19) will be played on LS#1 (These directions are courtesy of Region 279's Field Director.)
From Maryville- Take US 411 to Chapman Highway. Turn right onto Chapman Highway. Travel approximately 1.3 miles south on Chapman Highway and look for Crazy Al's Fireworks and Seymour Community Park Rd. sign on the right. Immediately after Crazy Al's, turn right. The fields are straight ahead about 100 yds. OR Take Alcoa Highway to John Sevier Highway. Take John Sevier to Chapman Highway. Make a right onto Chapman Highway. Travel south on Chapman Highway approximately 7.6 miles and look for Seymour Community Park Rd. sign and Crazy Al's Fireworks on the right. Immediately after Crazy Al's, turn right. The fields are straight ahead about 100 yds.
Take Alcoa Highway to John Sevier Highway. Follow John Sevier Highway and cross the French Broad River. Go to the first traffic light after you cross the river. This is the intersection with National Drive. Turn left onto National Drive. The soccer fields are less than a 1/4 mile on the left.
Take your favorite route to Chapman Highway. You want to be North of the Henley Street Bridge heading away from downtown Knoxville. Turn right on Woodlawn Avenue. If you are traveling South on Chapman Highway you will turn left on Woodlawn Avenue. Go 3/10 mile and turn left on Ellis Road. Go 1/10 mile and turn right on Tipton. Go 1/10 and fields are on left. Park in Dogwood School lot.
From Knoxville- Take Alcoa Highway. About a mile past the airport, take the left fork toward Townsend/Smoky Mtns. Go 2.9 miles to the eighth traffic light (Hwy 321). Turn right and then immediately left into Maryville College. The fields are at the back of the loop drive around the college. From Seymour- Take US 411 to Maryville. Turn left, go 1 block to Hwy 321. Turn right and immediately left into Maryville College. The fields are at the back of the loop drive around the college.
Take Pellissippi Parkway all the way to the Lovell Road exit. Turn right. At the stop sign at Lovell Road take a left. You will travel Lovell Road until you come to another stop sign, there is a Bread Box on the right. Turn right and go to the caution light just past the elementary school, and turn left. This is Ball Camp Pike. You will travel approximately .2 to .4 of a mile and see the Nicholos Ball Softball fields on your right. Turn right at the very next road past the Softball Fields and that road takes you to the soccer complex at Ball Camp.
