Region 1159(Blount County) Registration Information
Registration for AYSO Region 1159 can be done a few different ways as described below. The registration fees are as follows: $42.00 for the first child; $32.00 for the second child and $22.00 for the 3rd and each additional child. Payment along with a signed registration form must be received before your child will be considered registered and be placed on a team. Jerseys are an additional fee of $16.00 and can usually be purchased at registration. The rest of the uniform consists of black shorts and black socks which can be purchased anywhere. All children in our "Under 6 years old" or "U6" up to the U19 program practice each week at least once and then play games on Saturdays. Our youngest players which is our "Under 5 years old" or "Munchkins" program come one day a week during the week. This program is $35.00 and includes a t-shirt.

Open Registrations
Our region usually has two open registration dates and locations. These are typically on a Saturday. Anyone is welcome to come out to one of these locations and register his/her child(ren). Click on the Calendar link to your left to see the dates, times and locations. Everyone fills out a registration form in the fall (around July each year). Requests for a certain coach are not allowed. Please do not write anything on the registration forms other than what is requested. You may use a reciprocal request form to request that your child play on a team with another child. That child's parents must also fill out a reciprocal request form requesting your child. You may only request one child!
On-Line Registration
You can go on-line to www.eayso.org to register or click on the link below. Follow the instructions on the screen for first time users or log in if you have used eayso before. Please use capital and lower case letters so that all our correspondence looks professional. IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the registration on-line you will still need to print a copy of the registration form and either bring it to one of the open registrations or mail it along with your payment. Registration is not complete until you have paid. Remember when mailing any registration forms please make sure we receive them by our deadline for the season which can be found by clicking on the calendar button to the left. Anything received after this date will depend upon room on a team and the amount of volunteers we have. There is a $10.00 late fee for registrations received late.
Registration by Mail
If you wish to register by mail you will need to have a registration form filled out and signed either by picking one up at one of our open registrations, by calling our hotline at 980-7789 to request this be mailed to you or by printing a copy off of eyso and mailing it to us. Remember payment must accompany all forms in order for your registration to be complete. All checks should be made to AYSO. Our mailing address is AYSO, P.O. Box 1073, Alcoa, TN 37701. IMPORTANT: When mailing any registration please make sure it is received by our deadline for the season which can be found by clicking on the calendar button to the left. Returning Players from fall to spring season-Special Instructions
This applies to registration in the spring only which occurs around January each year.
If your child played in the fall the previous season you do not need to register on-line or get a registration form. All you need to do is mail a payment to AYSO P.O. Box 1073, Alcoa, TN 37701 or bring a payment to registration. The information we have on file from the previous season is all we need other than the payment. Your child will remain on the same team and if the coach is going to continue coaching your child will have the same coach. Your payment must be received before the deadline to ensure you will be on the same team and that you will not have to pay a $10.00 late fee.
