Meet our elected board members.
| Alice Elkins - President |
 |
Alice and husband Joe moved to Knoxville in April 2001. Before
becoming a stay- at-home mom, Alice completed graduate school and
worked as an Exercise Physiologist in West Virginia. Besides caring
for Noah, age 2 and Anna, age 6 months, she is involved in such
community activities as the West Knoxville Mom’s Club, Neighborhood
Crime Watch program, Concord Baptist Church and American Brain Tumor
Association fundraising. In her free time she is able to enjoy
exercise, scrapbooking, woodworking/decorating projects with her
husband and reading. |

| Carson Day - Secretary |

Carson is a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX
Preferred Properties. He has 26 years of sales and marketing
management experience; 18 years with AT&T and 8 years with RE/MAX.
He has two grown daughters and a one grandson. He has lived in
Churchill Downs since 2001 and served as Secretary of the Home
Owners Association since January 2003.

Brian is a computer programmer with Bechtel
National. Brian is originally from Maryville,TN and returned
to this area in 1999. Brian and his wife Pamela and son Ethan
have lived in Churchill Downs since 2002. Together they enjoy
camping and traveling to new locations. |
