Worship
Psalm 100 says to shout for joy to the LORD, worship Him with gladness, and sing joyful songs before Him. We provide worship services at 8:15 and 10:30 Sunday mornings to offer up our prayers, praise, and thanks. Weekly we hear what God's Word means to our lives today.

Christian Education
We seek to have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ. To do that we need to immerse ourselves in His Word and apply it to our own lives. We offer a variety of Bible studies for every one from preschoolers to adults.

Prayer Group at the Altar
Believing in the power of prayer, this informal group meets Thursday mornings in the church at 7 am to pray with you and for you. Spend minutes or hours in prayer and praise. He wants to hear from you.
Music
According to Psalm 98 we are to break forth in joyous songs, singing praises because of all the marvelous things God has done. We are to praise Him with our voices and instruments. Even the seas should roar His praises. What a great opportunity for us to use our talents to honor God!
Late Service Choir
The 10:30 choir draws on the rich traditions of the Lutheran Church as well as classical composers. They meet weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00pm (7:30pm during Advent and Lent) for practice and fellowship. Contact the church office at 865-687-6622.
Sonrise Singers
The newly developed Sonrise Singers sing praises at the 8:15 am service. More contemporary in nature, they are always looking for a few more voices to offer up authentic praise. They practice Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Contact Kay Irwin at

Handbell choir
The handbell choir plays at numerous worship services during the year. They practice on Wednesdays at 6:00pm. Contact the church office at 865-687-6622 for more information.
Instrumental group
Can you play a guitar, a trumpet, a banjo or even the radio? We are looking for young people and adults to use his or her gifts in joyful praise. Contact Kay Irwin at

Children and Youth
Committed to bringing up our youth with a strong foundation of faith, they are involved in a variety of Christ-centered experiences. From Easter egg hunts, to Bible studies, to retreats, our youth will be nurtured in Christian love and spiritually equipped for their future.
Small Groups
The Bible tells us that it is good to meet together for encouragement (Hebrews 10), Bible study, prayer, fellowship and food. (Acts 2) God knows that we need caring Christian companionship in our lives. Jesus himself had his own group of 12 close friends for support. We are in the process of developing small groups to provide loving relationships. Check back often to see the progress. LWML-Lutheran Women's Missionary League
Part of a national organization, this group meets monthly to provide a framework for Christian service and fellowship. From cards of encouragement, to meals, to the annual rummage sale, these women faithfully show Christ's love in their actions. Join them the fourth Tuesday of each month from September to May.
