Industrial Land Inventory, published July 2008, which lists tracts of land that are developed (utilities, transportation, etc.) or are under contract for development and thus are available for industrial use in the 16 counties of East Tennessee.

Economic Statistics: a semi-annual publication summarizing various federal, state, and local data sources, provides economic data for each county in the region.

Utility Rate Survey: updated annually by surveying each water, sewer, and gas utility within the region to obtain current rate information <Current as of 8/22/08>
