Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship can be an effective way to increase valuable name recognition for your company and can increase booth traffic. Show over 5,000 conference attendees your logo and increase your company exposure in East Tennessee. Our sponsors are recognized in the 2008 conference program booklet, on the ETEA website, in our regional conference programs, and on signage throughout the conference. Sponsorships can be selected from the list below or can be tailor-made to fit your company needs.
All-day Workshop Sponsor -- $3,000
This sponsorship helps defray parts of the workshop
speaker's
fees and expenses. The sponsoring company's representative may
introduce
the speaker and will be recognized on signage prominently displayed
during
the all-day presentation. The sponsoring company's
literature/brochures/handouts
will also be placed in attendees workshop packets. Sponsorship also
includes
free exhibit booth in exhibit hall.

October
24, 2008)
Exhibitor Welcome Reception
Sponsor--
$2,500
This sponsorship helps defray costs of welcoming
attendees
by paying for coffee and light refreshments during the exhibit opening
hours
on October 23 and October 24. A banner with your company logo will be
prominently
displayed at the entrance to exhibits and at the coffee area. Prizes
will
be awarded in the exhibit area throughout the conference. Sponsorship
also includes free exhibit booth in exhibit hall and an advertisement
in
the exhibit program.

Morning/Afternoon Workshop Break
Sponsor
-- $2,000
This sponsorship covers costs of a morning or afternoon
break
for participants who attend one of the two all-day workshops. Sponsors
will
be recognized on the all-day workshop printed program. Sponsorship also
includes free exhibit booth.
