Concert Band
The concert band meets each day for 90 minutes during the Spring semester. This course is designed to help students further develop their skills as musicians. The ensemble performs four times each semester including the East Tennessee School Band and Orchestra Director’s Association Concert Festival. The music performed includes both contemporary and traditional concert band works. Individual practice, after-school practice, and group rehearsal sessions are required. Students are encouraged to audition for regional and district honor bands.
