THE CHURCH: BUILDING and BODY

May 20, 2001 AM

The church is concept from God’s mind that, properly served, reflects the Father’s manifold wisdom (Eph. 3:10-11). Two of the biblical illustrations for the church that reveal large amounts of God’s manifold wisdom are those of a building, and a body. These two analogies tell a story we do not often hear. They speak to us of how the church can realize true greatness. They challenge us to restore more fully the dream God has for the church built by the Christ.
