What is KATFED?

The Knox Area Task Force on Eating Disorders is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to educating the public about the growing problem of eating disorders.

KATFED provides individuals and health care professionals with educational resources and programs such as:

  • Free and Confidential Information Referral Line (865) 671-6159
  • Support Groups
  • Speakers Bureau and Workshops on eating disorders
