SFMS Stamp Program Report

The drawing was held at the annual meeting in Marriott Island, Florida on November 12, 2005. Major bulk of stamps came in too late for sale. Request that stamps be sent in when 4 or 5 oz have been accumulated. Also need more clubs to remove stamps from paper. There are three outstanding certificates from last year but only enough money to fund three scholarships for 2006. Scholarships were awarded to Montgomery Gem & mineral Society, Southern Appalachian Gem & Mineral Society and Rome Georgia Mineral Society.
