Message from the President

Fellow Rockhounds,

First I want to wish everyone a great 2005. Then I want to thank you all for having the confidence in me to elect me president of the club this year. I look forward to a great year. I hope to see all my old friends and new ones at the meetings and picnics.

With Flora Walker as the new vice president, which incidentally makes her the one responsible for our monthly programs, I am sure we are all not only going to be entertained but become much more knowledgeable about several different things this year.

I would like to encourage all of you to get out and attend the meetings and field trips, and to offer help and assistance to all the club officers and board members. I know that some of you have been members of the club for many years and have lots of knowledge to
share.

Please take time to visit with our new club members and let them know that we are glad to have them with us.

In closing, let me say that I know we are going to have a great year and I look forward to sharing it with all of you.

Patsy Monk, President

be offered. All tools are provided (or bring your own). You may purchase tools and kits from Lisa at a very reasonable price.
