Purpose:

CONTACT is committed to meeting human needs and fostering wholeness and independence; as such, the caller is to be treated with dignity, and the highest standards of integrity and objectivity in services offered shall be maintained.

CONTACT shall assume a sensible regard for the social and legal codes of the community which it serves; assume the maintenance of high standards of competence which is a responsibility shared by all persons in the CONTACT center in the interest of the public; and the persons offering this ministry shall have a profound regard for the Judeo-Christian moral values which are the basis for all CONTACT organizations.
