Our Mission

of low-income and under served communities in East Tennessee through collaborative peer education,
outreach, and advocacy programs designed to empower those communities. The target community is
the Hispanic residential, seasonal, and migrant farmworkers in Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Greene,
Grainger, Unicoi, Loudon, and Knox Counties. Our Community Outreach Aides (COAs)
unite with local service providers to improve community access to health care and social
