HomeOur Parents' Night Out program was developed to enable parents to have a night out and to let their children spend an evening with other children in their church family in a safe, nurturing environment. The children can come in their PJ's (or not), bring a blanket, and bring their favorite movie or game to share. The children can play games, watch movies, do crafts or puzzles, or just play with other children. Ages are infants through 11 years of age, and the cost is $8.00 per child for the entire evening. It is normally held on the last Saturday of each month and runs from 6 to 9 p.m. (Announcements appear in the Sunday bulletin as well as the church newsletter, "The Westminster Abbey.")
Parents' Night Out is completely self funded and must have a minimum of four children to operate. You must make reservations in advance (on or before the Thursday before each "Night Out") by calling Angela at 556-8034. If you have signed up but find you need to cancel at the last minute, you need to contact Angela as soon as possible. If you sign up but don't attend or call in advance, you will be asked to pay for the evening.
