Sunday Evening Youth Fellowship Groups

During the regular year Westminster has Sunday evening youth fellowship for three age groups: elementary school (1st-5th grade), middle school (6th-8th grade), and high school (9th-12th grade). Kids in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades are in Youth Club; those in middle school are in the W.A.M.S. youth group while those in high school participate in S.H.O.W.

For specific schedules and details about the various programs, be sure to check the church newsletter, the Westminster Abbey, and the Sunday bulletin.

Youth Club (2nd through 5th grades)

The Youth Club meets on Sunday afternoons or evenings. Leadership is provided by parents. Meetings are always fun-filled! Our activities include swimming, singing at assisted living facilities, playing games, eating pizza, making cards for children at Children's Hospital, making gift boxes that will be shipped to children all around the world, bowling, storytelling and roasting marshmallows, and biking. It is always family friendly, with a mix of community service and fun.

Youth Club is designed for families with young children to get to know each other and in the process help the children form and build relationships with other children in our church. Everything is scheduled, set up and "ready to go," with each family taking a turn being in charge.
